Free Medical Care for Din Village

 On November 6, 2024, the humanitarian medical team from Duc Minh General Hospital once again set out on their journey to Din Village, Ngoc Minh Commune, Vi Xuyen District to provide free medical check-ups, medication distribution, and health consultations to local residents.

 Nearly 130 residents received medical examinations and free medication during this mission. The beneficiaries included elderly individuals, underprivileged families, young children from the village’s kindergarten, and teenagers in the community.

 At the end of the program, the team recorded:

-17 X-ray cases performed.
-125 patients underwent ENT endoscopy (Ear, Nose & Throat).
-Commonly diagnosed conditions included acute pharyngitis, otitis media, sinusitis, inflamed adenoids, deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, and more.
-There were also cases of external auditory canal osteoma (ear bone tumor) and fungal ear infections.
-Special attention was given to around 50 critically ill patients, who were provided with detailed treatment advice.

 In addition to medical services, the volunteer team also distributed new clothes and gift packages to the people after their check-ups.

 The representative from Duc Minh Hospital shared:
"This is a long-term humanitarian program at Duc Minh Hospital aimed at fulfilling our responsibility to the community, ensuring that residents in Ha Giang Province—especially those in difficult circumstances—receive comprehensive healthcare support."

 Mr. Ly Xuan Binh – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ngoc Minh Commune, expressed:
"This is a truly meaningful and practical initiative, carrying profound humanitarian value. It provides local people with access to healthcare services, stabilizing their well-being. The program plays a crucial role in social security and improving the living conditions of our residents."
